The living-room and dining-room share a lofty open space of approximately 60 sq.m. A large ironwood table (that can seat up to 10 people) conveniently sits within close proximity to the modern fully equipped kitchen and large pantry, making it easy to flow between the two, while also creating a seamless open space to visit with family and friends.
Two oversized sofas and a pair of Danish armchairs allow for comfortable lounging around an impressive Carrara marble coffee table.
A quick plunge into the infinity salt water pool, overlooking the valley below, is only a few steps away from literally anywhere in the house. The swimming pool is 15 m long by 4 m wide, with an even depth of 1.45 m and is adjacent to a large timber deck with a sumptuous outdoor sofa and an alluring poolside daybed inviting guests to linger while sipping their fresh coconut water.
A Place to Rest
Nestled in the northern end of the bungalow, a small corridor leads to the sleeping quarters. All three bedrooms, feature tropical hardwood-timber flooring, ensuite bathrooms with outdoor rain showers, high ceilings and beautiful linen curtains. They also all face east, the direction the sun rises, so every morning they are immersed in golden morning light.
With a surface of 23 sq.m. this room is the cosiest of all the bedrooms. Features of this room include: a queen-size bed, a writing desk with chair.
This room is the largest of all three bedrooms with a surface of 25 sq.m. It is furnished with a king-size bed and a beautiful wooden console. The special feature of this room is the satellite TV and sofa, ideal for movie nights.
Measuring 22 sq.m., Raja is the most private of all the bedrooms & is furnished with a kingsize bed. Glass doors & windows replace walls giving absolute immersion into the surrounding nature. Other features include: ensuite bathroom, walk-in wardrobe, bathtub & a Japanese washlet toilet.
